Zab Coffee Roaster
See more beans from Quebec This Kenya coffee is produced by small-scale producers in Kirinyaga county, delivering their cherries to one of the three factories of the farmer cooperative society (FCS) named Rungoto. The coffee beans undergo the standard double-washed process but then go through an additional submersion in water process for several hours (second wash), allowing the development of flavor to reach its maximum potential. The producer promotes good agricultural practices to increase both quality and quantity produced, seeks the best possible prices for their producers, and employs impeccable processing methods for cherry processing. The methods, coupled with the nutrient-rich soils of the region, give this coffee its incredibly sweet and intense taste, along with its consistent quality year after year.
