Humure Dark is a slightly more developed roast that will appeal to those who don't particularly like acidity but also don't want a super dark coffee. It has flavors of dried fruits (apricots, raisins, prunes) and cooked fruits (pear, apple). It's velvety, with a very thick mouthfeel. The sweetness is all caramel, with hints of cacao.
