Sumatra coffee beans from the Rahmat Kinara Cooperative, grown in the Aceh region of Indonesia. These beans are Arabica varietals Typica and Catimor, organically produced at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1600 metres. The beans undergo a wet-hulled and sun-dried process, resulting in a dark roast with tasting notes of cedar, herbal, and baker's chocolate.
