The Cosmic Goose (Filter) is a single origin coffee from Colombia, with beans cultivated in Huila and Santa Maria. It features the Caturra and Colombia cultivars, grown at an altitude of 1500-1750 MASL. The beans are washed and exhibit tasting notes of dried apricot, caramel fudge, and white peach. The coffee is a representation of the hard work of 55 producers from the Santa Maria region.
